Fletcher 4 year old Male Jack Russell





Fletcher is a 4 year old Male Jack Russell who is looking for his forver home. Fletcher is neutered, vaccinated and micro-chipped. Fletcher would benefit from a home where someone is around most of the day. Fletcher has lived with other dogs but would be best as an only dog as he can be reactive. Fletcher is fully house-trained. Fletcher would suit a calm new home. Please enquire.

Fletcher’s Assessment
● Fletcher is neutered, has been microchipped and is fully up to date with vaccinations
● Fletcher is on medication for anxiety but has no known physical health issues
● Fletcher cries and barks when he is left home alone
● Fletcher will be pleased to see you when you get home and may jump up to greet you
● Fletcher will sometimes follow you around the home and is loving, playful, cuddly or will sleep near you. Fletcher has anxiety and reactivity issues with the other dogs he currently lives with and is being kept separately, he will need to be the only pet. Outside loud noises can make him anxious so he may be best suited to a quiet location
● Fletcher is scared of fireworks
● Fletcher may not be suited to a household with cats as he can get excited and chase them when he is outside
● Fletcher will bark when people arrive at the door
● Fletcher is well-behaved when he is waiting for his food, he will sit and wait while you prepare food. However, if it’s chicken he can get excited!
● Fletcher is normally fed twice a day with a mixture of dry Royal Canin biscuits and tinned food, meat or tripe. He particularly loves chicken, salmon and tripe!
● Fletcher is fully house trained
● Fletcher has not had any formal obedience training but knows the commands sit, stay, come here, leave it and recall (off the lead)
● Fletcher sometimes pulls on the lead
● Fletcher can sometimes bark at other dogs when on the lead and is well behaved off the lead around other dogs but is cautious. He has not shown aggression towards other dogs outside of his household
● Fletcher is very sweet and lovely on his own, he loves playing and to run around in the park with his tennis ball in his mouth!
● Fletcher has had little contact with children so would be suited to an adult only house
●Fletcher slightly injured another dog when they were separated
